Return Policy

- To successfully return any item, especially Padel rackets, you can either refuse to receive it from the courier or send a return request through Whatsapp within 5 hours of receiving the item. Return requests made after this duration may not be accepted.

- For shoes orders, accurate foot measurement in centimeters is required to verify the size. This is to avoid damage that may be caused by the shipping company if you decide to return the order due to size issues.

- The deposit for preordered items is non-refundable unless the desired product does not arrive due to uncontrollable factors such as lost shipment in Europe, issues with Egyptian customs clearance, changes in customs laws leading to rejection of the item, or similar unforeseen problems.
